The European Academy of Andrology (EAA) is an association of scientists and clinicians active or interested in andrology. Founded in May 1992 by a group of leading European andrologists, the EAA is a non-profit organization promoting research and education in andrology and public awareness in the area of male health. The EAA has a worldwide scope in terms of membership, research and influence but retains a clear focus upon Europe. A unique feature of the Academy is the accreditation of high-quality andrology training centres, which are located mainly in Europe but also in America and the Middle East.

ANDRONET COST Action CA20119
The ANDRONET COST Action, which was developed in the last 4 years with the aim to potentiate research collaboration, education, and public awareness in Andrology, finished recently in October, 2025 (https://www.cost.eu/actions/CA20119/). Funding provided by COST enabled the co-organization of several highly successful conferences, such as two editions of the European Testis Workshop, and training workshops series, allowing networking, dissemination of knowledge, and exchange of researchers between participating institutions. This was achieved through the reimbursement of 297 ANDRONET COST Action members, the support of 16 Short Term Scientific Missions, the funding of 13 International Target Country Conference grants, and financial support for the participation of 61 members in training schools, many of which were co-organised by the EAA and ANDRONET.
