Scholarships

EAA is glad to announce that there are at least two scholarships available for each calendar year: 

There are two deadlines for applications:
The first call closes on the 20th of June
The second call closes on the 20th of October 

Description
A grant of up to € 3,000 is awarded to a clinician, member of the EAA (aged below 40 years) who submits the best application to attend a minimum of 1 month training in one of the EAA centres to improve personal skills in clinical andrology.

The applicant must provide:

  • A signed application form (downloaded from the website).
  • A brief description (abstract of max 1000 words) of the training and research activity that will be carried out in the hosting EAA centre.
  • A signed CV (preferably European CV format).
  • An invitation letter signed by the hosting EAA centre (free format).

The grant will be evaluated by the Executive Council members and scored on the basis of the abstract/project and CV.

Applicants will be notified as to whether their application has been successful within 5 weeks from the closure of the call.

Reporting and Reimbursement Guidelines
Expenses are reimbursed up to €3,000 upon submission of receipts and a short report. The report should include a description of clinical activities, seminar participation, and any research conducted. It must be submitted together with the supporting documentation and copies of relevant invoices to the EAA Office within six weeks of completing the training. Grants are paid after all documents have been received, and recipients are responsible for their own taxes.
